I have to second the defense of Stuart & mfr (the mail order formely known
as 4 World).
I've ordered from him a bunch of times and haven't really had a problem.
It usually takes a month or so before I get the stuff in but I chalk that
up to him being in Scotland and me in New Jersey.
And if it's any consolation my Musik Aus Strom records do have layer of
crap on 'em but it's not as if they can't be wiped off. Plus they have
cool new cardboard sleeves.
