so the other day I wonder into my local house/dj store. I ask the girl there if she has the new plaid? she says who? I say plaid. She says are they new? I say not really, they are on warp. She asks the owner about warp and he says never heard of that label. So no plaid but I did notice they had the latest armand van helden. But I digress. So I wondered into the back and started digging through vinyl that was strewn about on the floor. All marked at 2.99. Find some interesting stuff, like an old greater than one 12 inch <utopia>, which still stands up today and a utah saints 12 inch with sabres of paradise mixes on it <sabres did a good job btw, sounds nothing like the saints; the utah saints portion is well the utah saints>. But I digress again. My point is that I found a white label with the words curve stamped on it and etched on the vinyl. I know who curve is and expected it to be aphex remix. But it was two sided <the aphex i know about it one sided>. So I listen to it and both sides are really wicked jungle. Really nice mad drum programming. So I buy it. Take it home and annoy the neighbors. Question is, what the hell is the white label? is this curve? if so who remixed it? if not who is this??? Thanks for your time...and forgive my grammar and spelling. I have a BA in english and as such I am rebelling -daniel trying to bring some levity to the list.
