actually, the line is "im the fucking daddy" and it comes comes from
mid 70's british movie called "SCUM", set in a boys remand centre (daddy
being the title of the prevalent hardcase in the remand centre).. if i
remember correctly the full exchange goes a bit like this..
(recently admitted hardcase)
"WHERES YER FUCKING TOOL?"
(daddy)
"WHAT FUCKING TOOL?)
(hardcase)
"THIS FUCKING TOOL!" (proceeds to pulp guys cranium) with a poolball in

I think it's just tom being a bit of boast as one of the tracks he
performs live features the old "I'm the one and only dominator" from
human resource quite a bit..
