Check up this mp3 encoder:
MP3 Compressor (MP3Compr09f.exe) [Freeware!!]
This is the best encoder so far.
It encodes tre times faster than the L3enc and Encoder professional.
I did a little test of it:
Squarepusher - Anirog 09 (12.7 MB wav file) Track time = 1:12
Encoding time MP3 File Size MP3 Sound Quality
