Well... I guess you haven't been looking hard enough... I bought both of
these two items about a year ago from MFR (was: 4thWorld) for 12" price
(£4.5). They even had the Clear vinyl of the Plaid 12" around about that
time. For 5 quid. I dunno if they still have it available, but they're
probably your best bet if you're looking for these items. Email:
mfr@dial.pipex.com.
Clear is so far the stongest label in this business. Having only released
cutting edge stuff (with Clatterbox as the only exception, watch out for
those ones! They're crap.) I still don't see how they've managed not to win
that IDM poll yet. Warp and Rephlex and all the other labels release as much
CRAP as gems. That's the fine thing with labels like Clear and Dot, they
don't release as much, but then everything's KILLER instead.
If anyone got a spare copy of either Megaphonk, May The Funk..., Ready to
Rockit or A Gentle Introduction to the GFQ, just let me know and we'll work
a trade out... (just trying to be lucky...) I'm still missing those ones.
Ah well...
Clearly yours,
Fe.
Fave Clr track at the mo: Daytime Kiss, Slaz.
