Mad Frankie wrote... His music is incredible and fucking overwhelming. Hard Normal Daddy is, at parts, very alike to the recent music of Aphex Twin but "Richard D James" album compared to "Hard Normal Daddy" is nothing. Squarepusher _IS_ feeling, I guess what I like about the new Pusher album is that, more so than the first one, the drum programming, although samples, sounds a lot like a real drummer playing madly at 160BPM. The breaks and the jazz type music really go together very well, as if I was listening to some fusion band playing on speed. You can't hardly even call this d&b really IMHO. It's just called Squarepusher. I wonder if any *real* drummers out there appreciate his programming becasue it's so meticulous or if they would be pissed because it's physically impossible to achive the same affect live. peace Nate Nate Harrison Digital Magician Inc. www.digimagician.com nate@digimagician.com 313.994.7316
