Many but mabye not all. I don't think your can seperate music and politics. Music is a form of expression, a statement. Even without lyrics it has a meaning. Together with it you have certain live styles in music-cultures. All that expresses IMO a political opinion, attitude and can be very political my itself. Depends somewhat on your definition of politics. And when the beloved music-business comes in it definitly gets political.

"super-liberalism"? Consolidated are THAT extrem that they get unliberal themself. On one show they did some spoof-techno in order to criticize those "white techno guys". Great! Where did Hip-Hop come from?! They are very hipocritical themself, full of negativity and hate. Consolidated's world is very generalized and opinionized.

That's true. The sound it great.

why? I guess you are somewhat political and Consolidated is just to extreme for you. I at least am sick of those preaching musicians. A good song, that makes me think, that moves me etc. is ok but don't try to tell me what the "truth" is. Because of that I prefer Meat Beat Manifesto or Spearhead! :) take care, harald Wicked World: http://music.city.de/wicked
