KUSHTI, Octopus Records' Plaid-affiliated fruity beats collective have finally
finished their long-awaited debut LP for the label. Alas, the album, set to
include their NME Single Of The Week 'Stromboli', isn't scheduled for release
until September.

East Anglian drum'n'basshead PHOTEK's second major label single 'Ni Ten Ichi
Ryu' - Japanese for 'two swords technique' for those of you not versed in the
finer points of Samurai culture - has been set for a mid-March release on
Virgin's Science offshoot. And his debut album? Don't hold your breath, he's
still only halfway through it...
