Well, you know, there are a finite number of chord combinations in punk rock. And Murphy's Law put out a song in 1989 called "Panty Raid." I remember the video for it showing on 120 minutes. Then, punk rock was somewhat taken away from us (the self-professed punks), and The Offspring had a hit called "Come out and Play." That hit relies on the same chords as "Panty Raid." ObIDM: When your music defines itself by not being someone else's music, don't write a song about stealing.
