I understand how the line could be interpreted as "disturbing," or even "sick," but misogynistic? It's too strange and avant-garde. It's more like the tune begins as something that might be heard in the commercial breaks between saturday morning cartoons, but then an element is introduced that *a priori* could not be there. To put it another way, capitalism and sexual repression go hand-in-hand. Milkman exposes this fact to the listener by provoking in him a reaction, often, "This is obscene." If said listener considers why this reaction occurs in him, he finds that it is due to social conditioning and shame. In confronting this reality, one can overcome it.
