As a counter point to this post, I must say I love all these Kraftwerk Albums (and all the others) but I see nothing wrong with fresh new ideas and music, even on the same vein. I love all "Elecktroids" releases. Yet another release very similar is the Kraftwelt singles. It's 13 different mixes of one song, making it a budget priced single ($7.99), but all the mixes are so dissimilar that it's really an LP. Contributors to this project include Uberzone, Len Del Rio, Torben Schmidt, Claus Larsen and 8 others. All tracks are electro in nature, Kraftwerk in spirit. Another must have! I really don't see either of these two projects as "pale plagiarism", I see them as tributes to the brilliance of Kraftwerk. Their still as fresh today as back in the day. have a nice sun...day, brock np: plug: D&B 4 papa ps: What about Kraftwerk "the mixes". I had a friend who's first introduction to Kraftwerk was this album...then later upon hearing all the original tracks, he thought the originals were cheesy...Technology!
