Yeah, anyone know anything at all about this machine? Has it appeared on any records, and if so what are they? I want one for around one hundred pounds, so if anyones offering, get in touch! Time to Clear (ho!) something up....

No, looprode was on the Ready to Rockit Double 10", and the Rockit mix of GFQ on the GFQ gentle introduction sampler 12" (along with Plaids Jade Gates mix). I reckon the extra trax are the unreleased mix of 'Angry Dolphin' and maybe Xexa by Clatterbox which I don't remember appearing on the double 10".

and this... 'Analogue Bubblebath' = 'Hangable Auto Bulb' oh, and an Aphex mix of Mike Flower Pops is coming up according to this weeks NME! If its half as good as his Gentle People mix, I'll be happy! This weeks exciting new buys... Tortoise - Djed Remixes Tortoise injected with a bit of extra funk that may help them on the dancefloor. Djed wasn't one of my fave tracks from 'Millions...' but a remix has certainly sorted it out good and proper. Floppy Sounds - Downtime 2 x CD Anyone else like this one? Its a sort of house/techno/hip-hop crossover with weird samples, live vocals and other instruments. Lots of dub and industrial influences in there too. One of the most original things I've heard in a while, though not easy listening by any means. Haven't got on to CD2 yet though. Jak 'n' Steppah - Bad Shit Tribute Evolution do it again! Probably not quite as good as The Horne's 12" which bridged the gap between Clatterbox's cheese overload and this one which is 2 trax of pure groove music. Great for mixing with though. The first part of side two does it for me! Ultramarine - Hymn Remixes Nice try from Mr Mu-Ziq, but Mouse on Mars do the job much better. Top Luke Slater ambience one too. Alex Reece - Feel the Sunshine/Jazzmaster Remixes For anyone who thought the original Feel the Sunshine was pretty shite (ie me!), look again. Pulse gives it a lovely ambient d'n'b overhaul. Krust forsakes the hardsteppin' (check his 'Angles' 12") and gets funky on his Jazzmaster mix, while Kruder and Dorfmeister lush it out one the B-side. Nice package. Thats all, GB.
