Orbital - In Sides 1. The Girl With The Sun In Her Hair 2. P.E.T.R.O.L. 3, 4. The Box 5. Dwr Budr 6. Adnan's 7,8. Out There Somewhere? Running Time: 72:08 Well, this is without a doubt the best album Orbital have ever done. Their most mature work to date, and definetley the best collection of tracks they've put to CD. I've listened to this twice already and I can say with certainty this is the best album I've heard this year. I don't want to give anything away because this is an album best left discovered on that first magical listen (which you won't soon forget). The LP features a new vastly improved rendition of The Box (thankfully absent are the harpsicord and dreadful vocals) in a light and dreamy version, and one of the versions featured on the EP in a slightly different rendering. I've definetley changed my verdict on this one. Reminiscent of James Bond traveling across Russian tundra in a steam engine (anyone notice that the strings melody is one note off of the James Bond theme?). Oh yes, and there's electro too, but I'll leave all of you to discover the rest... The cover features a wonderful pop-art surrealist brightly colored rendition of a persons insides. Reminds you of something you might find in those art galleries at the mall, or on the wall of some drug dealer on Miami Vice. In Sides is the shit. The entire G-Spot crew agree on this one. /""'' /"'RESH Live and Direct from the G-Spot Orange County, California, USA
