yeah, the perfect example not to have the tour at a "rave" in l.a. would be
the aphex/orbital/moby disaster a few years ago. i also remember watching
cybersonik a few years ago and was amazed to find a mosh pit and then
seeing someone get the shit kicked out of him.
i'd rather go to the troubador myself, although i feel sorry for
autechere,stc, etc... who have to deal w/ the door staff/bouncers, etc...
i remember the people at the spiritualized show were getting into the
springheel jack set inbetween bands.
at least it isn't at some piece of shit like the hollywood grand.
