All this talk about Future Sound of London has reminded me of their
awesome short film Teachings From the Electronic Brain (?), which I was
lucky enough to see at last years otherwise horrible ENIT festival.
After Jason Bentley concluded his DJ set, a large screen droped from the
rafters and they projected the video onto this. It's a series of
abstract videos for various songs from ISDN, though they are all mixed
together into a seemless hole. It was really fucking incredible, and if
Astralwerks wants to do us all a favor they'll release it here on video
(preferably Laserdisc). When the video started it had a title saying
sometime like "Future Sound of London - The Orb live video feed,
standby for transmission," does anyone know what The Orb had to do with
this? At any rate, it was about a half hour of pure genius....
