Thanks to everyone for your recommendations of NYC idm/ambient
stores. I only made it to Strange? because of time and it was
fabulous (I might have stayed longer but the the second-hand smoke
was too much to take).
They had it all. I am especially in love with the Higher
Intelligence Agency "Freefloater" and David Kristian "Synaesthesia"
(does this relate at all to the Leeb/Fulber Synaesthesia? it doesn't
look like it).
And Autechre, Black Dog... the usual hard to get stuff. There are
no stores like this in Washington DC so I was very happy, to say the
least.
Next... Paris. Any recommendations?
