The positive responses far outweighed the negative, so the Detroit
Techno list will soon be open for business. With thanks to Andrew
Bennett for the suggestion, I'm calling it 313 (the area code for
Detroit).
The software is installed and everything is working so look for an
official announcement real soon. Anybody who wants to help contribute
to the list description (and thereby influence the scope of the list)
should feel free to do so. After that, a FAQ is next and perhaps, time
and enthusiasm allowing, a WWW page (isn't the Internet fun?).
