From the cyberdesk of: Chris Fraser (ub141@freenet.victoria.bc.ca) From: ??? Date: ??? Subject: ??? Status: So far, y'all are talking about *HYPOTHETICAL* tracks - if it ain't on vinyl, CD, or DAT where the *public* can hear his work, it just ain't real. So far, a couple of albums and 13 amazing trax, as you said. That's all that is real. So quit bullshitting us on the other imaginary works of his, OK? Yeah, that's it. I have 3500+ trax of my own. Yeah. And they are ten times better than the RJ crap you listen to now.... I don't know about you, but people bragging about how great hundreds of unreleased tracks are sounds to me like they are talking out their asses. So where the *uck are the 22+ albums of material RJ has ready to record? When I can get 'em from my record suppliers (hi dave, hi todd), then I'll believe it. Want to know how many *really great* tracks Sven Vath has written all by himself? Why three times as many as RJ. Yeah, that's it. No four times as many. He just credits that other dude so people will think he's humble and not too unbelievably *uckin' amazin'. PS: I like some of his stuff, and some I think outright sux. But I don't drool all over myself thinking about tracks *rumoured* to exist like some of the gibbering RJ fans I've heard blathering on IDM. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Michael King mike%delta1@rex.cs.tulane.edu Delta Systems New Orleans, LA 70002 Voice: 504.837.9835 Fax: 504.837.9838 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Never under estimate the bandwidth of a station wagon loaded with mag tapes. -From the "kermit" manual ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
