I don't know the answer to that question but I will say that the record is really good and very different for the past few releases, this one sounds more like a gescom record to me, very downtempo and full of hip hop references. The cover art is done by the guy who did the ganz graf video. Sure, the new Ae is "good" but there are many folks out there doing similar if not better work.. 'Draft 7.30' reminds me of some of their earlier material --'Tri-Repetae' style without the mish-mash of 'Confield' .. The hype on this release will go without question, and i do agree, it is pretty slick.. it's Ae.. i'm more thrilled to hear when peeps are digging stuff like Ambidextrous, Eu, Maps & Diagrams, Lexaunculpt, Kettel, Brothomstates, Xela, Lusine, 8FM, Novel 23, Deceptikon, Esem et al.. people with tons of potential, who deserve the recognition, and who have also been at it for quite a while.. Agreed...these guys all deserve the props and recognition that autechre gets.
