This sounds like a really good comp, I want more info. I have just about all
of Mark's releases so I'll take a look at it tonight. Mark Stewart was the
singer for the pop group who then became a bunch of different bands like Rip
Rig and Panic, Pigbag and some other stuff I don't know about. Mark also had
a vocal appearance on the first Tricky album when at the time he was
tricky's roommate or something like that.

Subject: [idm] Mark Stewart
Question to anybody owning the Copulation Explosion double CD box
set:
Disc 2 is a CD-ROM disc that also contains 5 audio tracks
(Labradform, Heave, the Pop Group, Mark Stewart & Meat Beat
Manifesto).
On my version, the Mark Stewart track has a gap of dead air at
about 3.31min into the track. I've viewed it in a wave editor and
yes, true enough... so I tried to delete the silence, but the presence
and ambience of the sound is completely different when the track
continues. The total running length of the track "Digital Justice
(DUB) Remix) is 5:52 mins. Does somebody have the original of this
to confirm that a section was chopped out for inclusion in this
compilation?
Detective Substar on the trail... :-)
