why the fuck does seelfeel have to be soo good? "fr" is somehow rocking the shoegaze fan as well as the crash worship fan in me. what sick a sick beat! really though, despite my lame comparisons, "succour" is SUCH a must have! chris. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

yeah, succour is my favorite of their stuff, i think. starethrough ep is nice too, esp. the last track. are we ever going to see anything else by mark clifford? i mean, i don't really expect to ever get somethng new from aphex, but mark could at least do something else. i really liked the disjecta stuff, especially looking for snags. alan! np:lackluster:happyarpeg (http://www.m3rck.net/lackluster/discog/mp3_7.html) On Mon, 18 Jun 2001, zimbo wrote:

check warp news:: mira calix + mark clifford... he'll make it better./// Mira: "I'm doing some work with Mark Clifford (Seefeel). we've been writing some tracks together and on those I suppose, they're all vocals and all recognizably vocals with lyrics and you can hear his voice and stuff. but I've never really done guest vocals - I'd probably kill myself laughing. I'd feel very strange." "the stuff with mark is going to come out though, because it will be on his own label. That will see the light of day, probably this year. the stuff with Mark has loads more guitar in it [than either of her previous releases]. although the guitars are pretty abstract, it's not poppy- it's probably quite what you'd expect if you stuck us two together, if that makes sense - it's not like Seefeel at all, cos the vocals aren't at all like Sarah's and it's not as dubby, but it's all guitar based. so it's definitely in the organic field... yeah, I'd say so - moody music. " so there ya go --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
