i don't usually do much self promotion, so this shall one of the few times.
the label i'm on is zenapolae and is a nice little Philadelphia run thing,
consisting of about 10 different artists. it's not all IDM. its as much
ambient as it is IDM, but it is by no means either confined or suffocated by
any genre. many of the artists wouldn't be classified as either because
they aren't. so we just call it experimental electronic.
we have a compilation cd, Pegged which is available now, a previous release
from d/form and approximately 5 various cd-r releases, one of which is from
me (ecux). credit card purchasing is now available and we have mp3's of
every artist on our roster. there should (hopefully) be a review of my
cd-r release "vepau" in this next issue of grooves magazine. if this
sounds pseudo-official, it's cause i am just a lowly artist, not one of the
two guys who runs it. anyone interested go take a look and a listen, and
supply us some feedback. and if yr interested in any of my stuff, let me
know and i'll get you a free cd of my stuff.
