Ok, I just saw oval last night @ Highdive in Champaign, IL... jesus christ, possibly the best PA I've seen in ages. Hard, noisy, beautiful. Yeah, Oval came to Champaign last Thursday. It was amazing. I had a great time there too in champaign. MikeD was extremely friendly, and Andrew was cool too (I listened to your cd first thing on the way home to Normal, looooooooooved it, senor hardcord!!::) buy this man's material "White Rabbits") The opening guy was great too (HMS or something??)...kind of squarepusher-ree. Well anyways loved the Waldorf filter action and the Mac laptop action of Oval, actually exciting to watch and be aurally fooked to. I cracked a large smile when I saw Markus playing NFL Blitz 2000 when I left with a huge backpack. I have to visit Champaign more! Hey thanks, I hope it was worth the $1 you paid for it (the super IDM list discount). The CDr is merely the preview for my upcoming split album with Stunt Rock, and a few of those tracks will probably show up on vinyl as well. I've got a few projects in the works, here's a rundown: White Rabbits vs. Stunt Rock "Were Not Assholes..." CLFST009CD out Oct.28 Various Artists "Murder Was the Case" 12" ?!?! out Late November White Rabbits / Matt Demmon "untitled" 12" Euph002 And Euph001 is out now, available wherever fine records are sold (i.e. bentcrayon and history of the future).
