hello. there is a new release on plug research called "setimental dance music for couples". it is by a fellow named jeremy dower. wonderful stuff! it is like easy listening heaven and has found a nice home next to my perrey&kingsley and sack&blumm cds. does anyone have more info on this fellow? props to plug research for putting out something this mellow and unique. Yes i just picked this one up the other day as well. Eleven tracks of mellow electronic loungy jazz that sounds like a cross between early Jimi Tenor and electronic-trumpetist Ben Neill with somewhat darker undertones. Regarding Jeremy Downer, he has been performing/recordnig in Australia for the last five years or so under the guise Tetrphnm. Supposedly he's rather big in the Melbourn electronic scene or so i've read... Here are the releases infos: .
