The new elec. co. Cd on tigerbeat is wicked. It's still got the glitchy flavor of the last two Cds, now wound together in a more rhythmic way, I'd describe it as 4/4 in rhythm--few drums though--many rapidly interestingly changing, random-yet-not, dark and mechanical pops and crackles, with melodic pads used at good spots--this last part reminds me of Mouse on Mars a bit. I really liked a few tracks on Omikase especially but this has got the right feel all the way through, down to a very soothing close on the last track. Listening to Oufui right now, damn! Good. Been waiting for something like this from EC.
