Wondering what everybody else thinks of the album? Honestly, I thought it was rather annoying. I started getting into the album towards the end. Around when he brings in the Stewart Walker track. I just can't take too much Jeff Mills. Give me "Consumed". Well, this isn't going to make much sense, but.... The Decks EFX & 909 mix CD was by Richie Hawtin, not Plastikman. Plastikman released Consumed, not Hawtin. Plastikman hasn't released anything since Artifakts. Wonder what F.U.S.E. is up to these days? I like bangin' techno, and I found Richie's EFX CD to be absolutely solid from beginning to end. It's not consumed, though if you think about it, the two side by side have quite a bit in common (even though they're from two different err...) Dissapointing. Despite the promising list of artists featured I found it very "commercial" sounding. They had a big rack full of it here at the Tower in Boston. I listened to it on one of their listening stations. Kinda scary to think that B.U. kids could be exposed to such peculiar music. Drusca Michael Adamczyk wrote:
