FWD: (pronounced: FORWARD) is a new label, founded by Eevo Lute Music &
Technology. Because time moves on and so does music, names have to move on too.
FWD: will be an outlet for musical productions with the keywords artistic
quality, abstractionism, emotion, warmth and originality.
The releases will balance on the border of the electronic and acoustic music
fields, sometimes crossing it, sometimes bridging those two worlds. This is not
dance, this is not techno, this is not experimental, this is Electronica.
The main focus of each release is to grasp the listeners attention with sound
scapes, melodies and percussion unique to the artist. Artists representing
their own view on the music for the next millenium.
Releases will be on 12 Vinyl format and in the near future online through the
internet. CD compilations containing the best of the vinyl releases will appear
in due time.
Label policy of artist and track selection is defined by originality,
individual style and sound quality of the material presented.
Current label policy foresees 3-4 artists active on an irregular basis each
following its personal time line, starting in november 1999 into the year 2000.
