hmmm, i ignored this pbo thing when it first popped in my inbox a few weeks ago, but now i'm kind of wondering if anyone knows the whole story. it would seem rather idiotic of the chocolate industries people to straight rip warp (or skam, or whoever) off and release a track that shouldn't be released by them. it's not like an mp3 where some one gets slapped on the wrist by the record company, removes the mp3, and lives happily ever after. these are some serious accusations, and i'm suprised, if the accusations are true, that we haven't heard anything from warp, chocolate industries, or anyone. interesting. reply privately please, as i'm sure that not everyone really gives a rodent's rump. -- brian rachielles -- http://www.rain.org/~audio -- audio//kcsb91.9fmsantabarbara

just for the record this IS a rumor, choc industries, did NOT steal the gescom remix of the new PBO track. and the next choc. industries 12" has another remix by autechre. this comes from a reliable source, just so you all know. it seemed like a interesting little thing going on there with the theft of the remix, but it's not true. hmm. well, i just heard from someone on the inside that it _is_ true, but that everyone at chocolate industries and schematic have recently kissed and made up and everyone's cool about it. confirmation?

it's an internet rumor, based on the fact that there was a little bad blood btw. seven/choco. ind. and schematics when they split up. "a dream is worth a thousand pictures, the mouths of lampreys a thousand more..."
