I agree it's a great track, but sadly they don't credit the real man behind it! The complete chord sequence (which makes the track as I see it) is in fact stolen from Fryderyk Chopin's 15th prelude, also known as the rain drop prelude. (Chopin was a French romanticist from the 1800s if you didn't know.) But Chopin probably did it without the filter effects...
