hey fsol-trainspotters. A friend of mine worked at Virgin in London this spring and brought me back a Semtex promo 12" for "We Have Explosive." Was this single ever released legitimately, or do I possess the only format of it? Thanks. -Mike Stein mps2@cec.wustl.edu

Actually it's funny you should mention that as a buddy of mine just got the latest issue of CMJ and it was included on the disc and from what I understand it's on the upcomming Wipeout soundtrack.

Though I can't confirm that it's the same track (FSOL are renowned for this) "Dead Cities" does have a track entitled "We Have Explosive" and it seems fitting for a racing game. It seems a bit out of place on the album, but none the less, it's till quite interesting. "We have explosive" and a track called "We have explosive (herd killing)" are both on the Wipeout 2097 CD. I haven't heard the FSOL album yet, but after Jon Drukman's review I suspect "We have explosive" to be the same as on the album, and the other one to be a longer version of "Herd killing" (5:42, rather than 2:36).
