Tresor Tresor, everywhere, and not a drop to hear. Unbelievably sad yet true, it's HARD to find a Tresor record at RecordTime in Detroit. Prob. cause they sell out the second they drop, eh? But I must admit I have yet to see a single Tresor import sitting in a bin at RecordTime. I didn't even get my copy of the full-length Internal Empire in Detroit! I believe that Dan Bell has finally got some imports at Seventh City Distribution... I'll call him and get the straight-word on that, but can anyone recommend any other U.S. distributors of Tresor records? And hell, while we're at it, a place that gets U-Trax records regularly? non313: If you like Ron Trent and Chez D, check out CHUGGLES, something new and nice from their (Chicago) Perscription Underground label. Smooth deep-ish house, nice strings, and trunkloads o' soul. Also Black Science Orchestra's NEW JERSEY DEEP is very moving, full-bodied house, on the Junior Boys Own label. Ob313: Went to Submerge on Saturday for the S.I.D. Limiteds... only heard them through once, and still forming opinions, the Drexciya one is definitely hot though. ________________________________________________________________________ | Matt MacQueen | | multimedia/WWW production | |===================================| |==================================| | macqueen@student.msu.edu | | human interface, CD-ROM | |________________________________________________________________________| -8 -6 -4 -2 0 +2 +4 +6 +8
