As someone who has shipped lots of packages, I can say with fair authority that it's both extremely time consuming and labor intensive. And as the consensus clearly shows, what PBE does is clearly spot-on in the eyes of the current customer. Why in the world would he want to complicate his life further and take time away from the real job of serving his customers by babysitting a website? Knowing David and his MO, he *would* keep it maintained and there only are so many hours in the day. Add that to the preponderance of webstores which do not properly maintain their inventories as reflective of their stocks and your question is answered. Why tamper with success? The horse is dead - let's bury it. jeff --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
