It's very pretty, and unusually for a pretty website, has good content, but it's a little tough on those of us who live in the countryside and don't yet have even the option of broadband. Does there exist an alternative version written in Notepad in case plebs, rustics and Lynx fundamentalists want to know what he's up to too? On a similar note, could anyone explain the Warp website? The recent Warp thread made me realise a) that I'm beginning to think of Warp as an elitist clique whose operatives put out precise, impersonal music with no real energy or enthusiasm for what they're doing and b) that they aren't. As far as I can tell, they're passionate, committed and friendly people, with vast enthusiasm for the interesting and varied music they're putting out. But they have a grim khaki website, which I think is mostly responsible for the bad vibes I was getting. Is this just me being far too impressionable? David ps sorry if this comes across as a troll: it's not meant to be, I am genuinely interested to know whether I'm the only person who doesn't like that olive-green nightmare.
