Or playing Quake 3 or whatever, especially when there are two guys with two Laptops.

Yes I've seen them like three times, but you never can be sure what they are going to do on stage. I've seen them DJ-ing which was not good for my taste. But this was because I had other expectations than listening to oldschool-hiphop when going to Funkstoerung. When I saw them with their liveset the first time it was really hard to listen to. Ok it is a question of taste but I don't feel like listening to music, hearing granulized random sounds for one hour or so which I recognize from my computer being frozen. But I heard similar sounds at the warp-magic bus tour from like all of the artists there, so perhaps this is their way of making liveshows different from their records, a intention I understand because pressing play on my winamp and waiting until the show is over might be boring. So now I try not to have any expectations when going to IDM shows but I'm still waiting for the night to come Sok --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
