I agree. Although I would think it within reason to say that the
American government is the biggest war criminal of the last 50 years,
considering what it has done and allowed to be done over and over to
serve its interests.
But yes, I think it's pretty wrong to say that Bush (W) is the biggest
war criminal of any time period, let alone a whole century that has
barely started.
