Of course not; I'd hazard a guess that there's more than one site hosted
on that server, so it actually uses the domain part from the HTTP
request to figure out which one you're after, which of course isn't
there if you use the numeric IP address.
Putting
213.171.193.71 www.dj-surgeon.com
into your hosts file (C:\WINNT\system32\drivers\etc\hosts for Windows
2K/XP) should help, though.
