I have no problem at all with people posting eBay listings, but I think in the case of the fella in question, what gets on everbody's tits is the fact that he seems to send one email for every single item he sells. I'm on the IDM Mart list too, so I get two emails for every item he auctions. In fairness, he could easily use one email and list a few artists in the title of that email once every few days, but unless he's actually breaking the rules I guess we're stuck with it....
