Jesus, this truly is a massive loss. Drexciya are one of my
all time electro/techno faves. they made some of the best,
funkiest electronic/dance music ever. they had sooo much
integrity and always did exactly what they wanted, they had
full control. a rare 100% true artistic vision. if they're are
any other members of drexciya i truly hope they continue
the planned 9 storms.
if you aren't familiar with the godlike music of drexciya you
should do yourself a big favor and check them out anyway
you can. they've had releases on rephlex, warp, substance
just to name a few.
they made true IDM, not as in the silly internet 'genre' but
as in REAL intelligent dance music..
brain or floor, they ruled.
