i KNOW this has probrably been discussed before, but....
wondering why so many people pick mac(powermac, powerbook) over pc, as i am
finally going to buy a new computer after these last 5 years of 100 mhz
pentium shit, want to know what the real difference is, speed, sound
programs, video programs, sound cards, the like
is it worth forking out another grand or two for a mac, especially if youve
never used one??
as in, whats better, a good mac sound software package or a good pc sound
software package
last thing i used was soundforge, fruity loops and acid on pc.
thanks in advance, and replies in private would be best i think.
