Don't confuse love with business. FE is notorious for blacklisting certain
artists, labels, and whatnot, and for being late on payments to artists and
labels. For refusing due to personal politics to make good on deals agreed
to previously. For flaking out on orders and promises to distribute various
records and record labels in an effective and efficient manner.
If FE didn't exist, it's likely that the US's underground electronic scene
would actually have greater diversity; their politics have actually *kept* a
large number of great acts from hitting our sh/stores. Never mistake FE as
being anything other than what it is: moneymaker.
