I don't want to sound sarcastic, but - loan me $500 to $1000 and we could
see it really soon.
I hate to whine about my shitty year on the list again, but basically I
spent about 4 months in 2000 unemployed due to various stupid decisions,
asshole people, fucked up companies, and general idiots. And no, I'm not
claiming that not of it was my fault. Some good chunk of it was. But a lot
of it wasn't up to me either.
Anyway, I have a job now, but I'm not making very much money. I've got a
company that claims they want to hire me, and then institued a hiring freeze
on their helpdesk. Or something. Maybe. I get a different story every time I
call the recruiter. And oh yes, I get to deal with recruiters, the greatest
source of evil and idiocy. So I'm waiting on a company whose name rhymes
with "Snoretel" to hire me. In the meantime, I've done a few other
interviews to get a job that pays more in line with my previous salary
requirements. So something may give soon, assuming the company doesn't hire
me and then fire me two days later. WHEE!
Have I mentioned fuck corporate America yet? I'm also working towards
getting little pieces of paper so companies have to treat me better nad give
me more money instead of making me be a phone monkey and treat me like shit.
That and I'm working to start up my own business if at all possible. So it
may be a while yet.

There's the "Too Many Cookies" EP he did for
http://www.mono211.com. Oh the
fun of having labels you love scoop you. My friend Matt Barnhart is putting
out a Legendary Crystal Chandelier album I wanted to do. Mono211 put out a
Proem EP and the final Binary album.
Meanwhile, I'm trying to keep my phone on and not have my credit card
accounts closed.
