According to the FSOL web page it's Vit, their local Thai restauranteur, and obvious
friend of the duo. His first appearance is on the cover of the "Far-Out..." ep. Nice
story about him badgering the boy's for a copy of the cover as a poster to put up in
his restauarant, until he actually saw it. :)
