First off - its a great cd! Now... try: The CD Bar 325a Yonge St. Toronto, Ontario M5B 1R7 tel: (416) 977-6963 : 1-800-663-1616 (for both US/Canada) I have ordered from them in the past and they have just about everything (that I like anyway). Took about 3 weeks to get the stuff though...so you may have to wait a bit, plus their a bit testy on the phone (well, once). If you don't mind getting it stateside, try Ear/Rational. Service is quick and Dave's at E/R is nicer...
