From: BRAD SHELTON <941SHELTON@merlin.nlu.edu> To: idm-owner@techno Subject: RE: ishiesque hello fact: Merlin (my own personal link to the internet) has been acting strangely for the past 3 weeks or so.. that's why you havent heard from me, regarding Bumper Cars.. So uh It's red red groovy just what thu dr ordered. and a question: Earlier (much) you were talking about looping some Dead Can Dance vinyl, a la Papua New Guinea.. how do you rig vinyl to repeat like that? Engineer a "skip" in just the right place, so that it makes a loop, or is there a better way? thanks. oh, and my friend just bought a soundblaster 16. is it my imagination, or does that $130 package do as much as a $2000 sampler? uh brad.
