Got something very strange in the mail today. A 12" by Jamiroquai entitled "Emergency on Planet Earth". 6 different mixes on green vinyl. It's on Columbia Records, and I don't understand how they got my name. Probably from the many Internet contacts I have, but I don't know for sure. I know it's not IDM material, but I'm curious if anyone got it. Well, I had to buy it a few months ago (not as lucky as you), and I like it a lot. Very funkyacidjazzydisco music, a voice ala-StevieWonder but with something more to it, and intelligent lyrics, although a little to much peace-and-love-or-we'll-all-die oriented. But, I'm still no crazy about it.
