Has anyone heard of Multiplex? A duo. They had a demo in UK Future Music magazine's demo section. Their track 'Environmental' had Squarepushery drum programming (kick and snare rolls everywhere) applied to RDJ Album-style hard percussive noises, with very fast 80s-pop FM synth riffs and runs, dirty ear-splitting 10kHz screeches and drifty sine wave pads. Changed direction completely about 8 times in 4 minutes. Anyway I thought it was cool, and wondered if anyone had heard of them, knew whether they'd been signed, etc? multiplex have a track on the toytronic compilation "signalflow." which also features EOG, gimmik, and accelera deck. they are supposed to have an upcoming ep on toytronic, also. http://www.crosswinds.net/~toytronic/ there used to be a multiplex web page, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to exist any more. nonetheless, keep an eye out, as there seemed to be some other multiplex releases planned as well. -adam

Hello We noticed the question about Multiplex and thought this would be a good time to let you all know about Senton Recordings. A new, soon to be launched label based in the UK. One of our first three releases will be from Multiplex and will include a version of the track from the Future Music Demo. The other releases will most likely come from Qwerty and Jowonio Productions. All three are planed as 30 min EP's on 12" and should be available before the spring. Work is currently in progress on the web site - http://www.senton-recordings.com there's not much to see at the moment but check it out in a week or so and let us know what you think. Samples from each of three releases will be available and feedback greatly appreciated. If you want to get in touch for any reason then feel free. Mailto:contact@senton-recordings.com That's it for now, we'll post to the list again when the sites done Thanks Everyone @ Senton
