regarding what ben said about the twin.. i agree almost completely. i
think afx is a genius at sounds, but i have found many of His songs
somewhat lacking in arrangement. no matter how good your sounds are, they
won't hold my interest through eight minutes of the same thing over and
over (this is something i know a lot about -- my music tends to be very
repetitive, except without the afx genius for sound ;). i'm not really
familiar enough with afx's work to cite many examples, though i think it's
the umm second track on AB3 that particularly drives my point home.
of course.. i also *love* some of his tracks. it just seems a lot of them
suffer from a similar shortcoming..
