I haven't heard it so I can't tell you much about it, but I do know a little bit about the artist. Apollo can probably say more, but ... Lotus is David Applegate from San Diego. He was on the net until July 1. After that time he got more caught up in his other projects, which included ambient DJ'ing, making mix tapes, co-organizing UFOrb and Excursions in Ambience record release parties, making music of his own, and of course dealing with other real life issues. I would assume that being under the various artist section of the catalogue means that Lotus Chill Out is a CD of one of his mix tapes. I think I'll be sending something to Silent now... Anyway his tapes are extremely good and a lot of obscure titles are represented.. I would recommend buying it if you are into ambient and ambient house. Mike J.
