This week we proudly present electro/disco/techno artists from Italy:
Marco Passarani will DJ. Marco is also known as Analog Fingerprints,
Passarani, et.al. He can be found on labels such as Generator,
Plasmek, Peacefrog, Pigna, Nature, and has numerous remixes to his
credit, not to mention appearances on compilations on countless labels.
Marco has been making Techno and Electro tracks for over a decade now,
and will be DJ-ing from a collection that no doubt spans that time as
well.
Mat101-aka Jolly Music are featured on a number of different
labels--let's see what we can list here:
Balance, Nature, Plasmek, Viewlexx, Ghostly International, Pigna,
Illustrious, Clone, i220, Device and as JOLLY MUSIC:
Add to that Azuli, Final Frontier, Source UK, K7!, Astralwerks,
Incredible and Ideal. Not to mention two appearances on the mixes by
Dr. Lektroluv. Mat101 will be playing live!
Raiders of the Lost Arp is one of the members of Mat101 and Jolly Music
working on a solo project of his own. He can be found on all the same
labels mentioned for Mat101. Raiders is doing a live set as well.
Plus-opening DJ set by Cathryn Sunday. Cathryn has been playing
records for more than 10 years all over the western world- until '96
she was known as Sista Spinsta. She has one mix CD on Peacefrog, Dan
Curtin's "Web of Life" , and bought Capsule after finishing a
university degree.
