i'm putting out a call to promoters on the west coast:
Cutups (me) and Xanopticon are looking to hook up a little
west coast mini tour this summer, and we need your assistance.
ideally we're looking for gigs between july 30th and august 8th.
depending on interest and dates, we're flexible for dates up till august 27th
the lowdown on us:
CUTUPS djs and spins a variety of styles spanning breakcore, experimental hardcore, post-industrial, idm, electro, d&b, downtempo
and various freaked out versions of those styles. He also runs wrecked-distro, and is a resident at the 412dnb weekly FUZZ.
XANOPTICON plays a live laptop based set that merges intense broken-beat assaults and complex atmospherics.
He has a full length album on Hymen records "Liminal Space" as well as records on Peace-Off/Mutant Sniper, TB6 and Somia.
we're mostly looking to cover transportation, a place to crash and food, anything above that is appriciated, but not a big issue.
